About The Artist
My name is Kyla Hall. I’m 23 and from Indiana. They say that nothing worth doing is easy. Art was not my first choice in careers, or the easiest option so far. Originally I had went to college for three years for nursing, which was a career inspired by the passing of my mother in 2016. I thought nursing was the career for me. But I found that I was missing the ability to express myself and create things. My mom is the one who inspired me to be creative. When I was a child she would always be sewing or crocheting. One year for Christmas she got me this huge drafting table to draw on and I fell in love with art. I would spend hours on hours drawing then as I got older I stopped making art. I went to college. I fell out of love with the nursing field and fell in love again with creating.
